Preparation for Your Tattoo
In the Days Before Your Appointment
🛑 Protect the area to be tattooed from sun exposure or tanning beds (to prevent burns).
💧 Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water and don’t let your body dehydrate.
🍷☕ Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin/ibuprofen).
🏋️ Refrain from heavy exercise that could irritate the skin.
🌙 The Night Before Your Tattoo
😴 Get 7–8 hours of sleep and come well-rested.
🍽️ Have a filling breakfast to keep your blood sugar balanced.
🍫 Bring a small sweet snack (like chocolate, soda, or juice).
🚫 Do not shave the tattoo area or apply numbing cream.
👕 Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area.
⏰ Arrive on time (not too early, not late).
👤 Come alone if possible; one supporter is fine if necessary.
📅 On the Day of Your Appointment
🪪 Bring a valid ID (you must be 18 or older).
🚿 Take a shower and arrive with clean skin (do not apply lotion, cream, or oil).
👕 Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the tattoo area.
💵 Bring cash or confirm your payment method in advance.
🖋️ During Your Tattoo Session
🪑 Try to stay still and avoid unnecessary movements.
📵 Don’t distract yourself with phone calls, movies, or loud music.
🎧 You may bring headphones and listen quietly if you like.
💧 Stay comfortable — drink water, stretch, or take a bathroom break when needed.
🗣️ Let your artist know immediately if you feel any discomfort.

📜 Carefully follow the aftercare instructions given by your artist.
